This morning, we successfully completed the installation of the BioBase laboratory machine in the Laboratory Department at Mahusekwa District Hospital. This important milestone was made possible through the fast and reliable Starlink MOHCC/Aura/UNDP internet connection. The updating, synchronization of files, and configuration of the machine rely heavily on stable, fast, and robust internet connectivity. According to Mr. Chikondowa, our Chief Laboratory Scientist, many blood tests can now be carried out for the benefit of the general population, including pancreatic, bladder, and kidney tests.

The internet connectivity we now have is significantly improving digital connectivity across many health systems in our district. I would like to sincerely thank Mr. Mubaiwa, and the entire Aura Team for a job well done, as well as for responding promptly to our request for connectivity. Today, we are already witnessing the positive impact of that support. Our Deputy Director ICT Mr. Chawurura, your vision for digital transformation in health systems is indeed bearing fruit, even at district level.
