The administration department serves as the operational backbone of the organization. The administration department is responsible for coordinating logistics, managing resources and managing all hospital operations

KEY RESPONSIBILITY

ASSET AND RESOURCE MANAGEMENT

Overseeing and maintenance of physical infrastructure, and office equipment and make sure they are in good working order.  The administration department ensure the hospital is clean.

LOGISTICS AND SUPPLY

Managing hospital vehicle.

Receiving and issuing of resources and supplies.

OVERSEEING THE FACILITY

Ensuring that the work place is functional, safe and secure
